Capital Markets — associates with 3 - 7 years of securities experience with native/fluent Spanish language skills.

Investment Management Group —associates with 3-7 years experience. Candidates should have experience in mutual funds and closed end-funds, including the related filing and regulatory requirements.

Investment Management Group —associates with 3-7 years experience. Candidates should have experience in private fund formation (private equity or hedge funds) and transactional matters.

M&A — mid-level associates with 2-4 years of relevant experience.

Many of our branch offices have lateral hiring needs. Our lawyers work on cross-border work, with emphasis on Capital Markets and M&A issues. Lawyers in all offices practice U.S. law, with the exception of our Paris office where our lawyers practice French and U.S. law. Lawyers practicing outside the United States who practice U.S. law must be admitted in one of the jurisdictions in which the Firm has a U.S. office and be in compliance with any requirements of their local jurisdiction. Lawyers practicing local law in jurisdictions outside the United States must be duly admitted to practice in such jurisdiction.

The Madrid office has an opening for a junior to mid-level (2-4 years experience) associate.  Candidate must have native or very strong Spanish language skills.

The Hong Kong office has an opening for a junior to mid-level (1 to 3 years of experience) associate.  Candidate must have native or fluent Korean language skills and must be willing to relocate immediately.

The Beijing office has an opening for a mid-level associate with 2-4 years of capital markets, M&A and/or private equity experience.  Candidate must have native or fluent Mandarin language skills.

The Tokyo office actively seeks fully bilingual and otherwise exceptional candidates.  Candidates should have native or fluent Japanese and English language skills and be interested in making a career in Japan.
